Terms of Service

These terms of service are effective from August 25, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Authifi websites, documentation, software, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

The Service

Authifi provides identity, authentication, and access-management software and related documentation. Features, availability, and service levels may vary by deployment, license, and configuration. We may update, add, or discontinue parts of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any agreement between you and Authifi. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the networks or systems used to provide it
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or unlawful content
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law or a separate written agreement
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or organization

Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for keeping credentials, keys, and tokens confidential. Notify Authifi promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access would pose a security or legal risk.

Customer Content

You retain rights in data and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Authifi a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights and consents needed to use it with the Service.

Intellectual Property

Authifi and its licensors own the Service, including software, documentation, trademarks, and related materials, excluding Customer Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by Authifi in writing or by an applicable open-source license.

Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHIFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTHIFI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHIFI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AUTHIFI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AUTHIFI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY SUCH AMOUNTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
